

Stripping the inside of the hull . A pretty tedious job , but the
finished interior is visible in the finished boat and a little extra
effort is required to make it look good .



The bilge is finished with three coats of a two part clear sealer
. I prefer the use of the two part sealer in the bilge because it is a
superior product to varnish as far as providing a moisture barrier and
is also more resistant to engine oil . Varnish is a much more
attractive and ultra violet resistant finish and will be used for the
sides of the hull were the wood is exposed to sunlight .
