The boat is based on a lot of features that I liked in different boats . She is twenty feet long and six feet wide . Initial power was a 318 Chrysler , but was later replace with a 350 cubic inch Mercruiser .  The profile is quite low , and the carved scoop on the hatch does serve a purpose . It provides just enough clearance for the carburetor . All of the hardware was custom made from wooden patterns that were used to make bronze castings , that were chrome plated . With the new engine top speed is 60 mph .
