The inside of the hull needs to be sanded between coats of varnish , and requires a lot of physical effort,  as well as a high threshold for boredom .

The seats , motor box , floorboards and other miscellaneous parts are all removed from the boat to be varnished . The parts when spread out take up more room than the boat .

The boat is now ready for the mechanical installation.
